Alteration Request Forms
Below, you will find a copy of the HOA’s Alteration Request Form. You will also find a partial list of HOA Alteration Permits approved or rejected by the HOA board. The HOA may post future HOA Alteration Permits behind a more secure firewall after migrating to a password protected website page. However, members of the Association may always contact the Property Manger to request copies of Alteration Permits, and an office clerical fee may apply.
As you know from the HOA’s governing documents you received prior to or at your closing, our association of owners requires that any alterations or modifications to any lot and any alterations, modifications, or repairs to the exterior of any house must have an Alteration Request Form approved by the Board of Directors before any work can begin.
