In addition to the regular monthly Board Meetings, this is the 3rd open special supplemental meeting called in order to allow for additional time for the careful review and deliberation of updates to the HOA Rules and Regulations as proposed by an Ad Hoc Rules and By-Laws Committee of homeowners.
